When you use this website and when you make a purchase from Annette Designs Limited (including telephone orders) you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time, but revisions will not affect existing orders. Top of page.
Prices and Availability
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.
Prices exclude packing and postage charges which will be separately notified on the website and identified in the order acknowledgement and despatch notice.
All products are subject to availability. Where products are unavailable, we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund for the item, waiting until it becomes available or selecting an alternative product.
Although we take care to ensure that prices shown on our website are current and accurate occasionally errors may occur and it is possible that an item may be mispriced. During the ordering process you will receive a confirmation email verifying the price. If you have any queries please contact us on +44 (0)7794 256 564. Orders
Your order represents an offer to Annette Designs Limited to purchase a product or products.
When we receive an order we will send you an email that acknowledges your order, confirms the price(s) and lets you know that authorisation of payment has been received from your credit or debit card company. We will not take payment until the goods are despatched.
Our contract with you is formed when we send email confirmation to you that we have received payment and have dispatched the product (or, with your agreement, another product) to you. Your order acknowledgement will contain a unique order number. Please use this number if you need to contact us about your order. Top of page.
Payment
You may order online using PayPal or a debit or credit card (we accept American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron or Solo). You may order by telephone and pay using your debit or credit card.
Credit or debit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by the card company to pounds sterling (GBP) at their current exchange rates.
We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order. Top of page.
Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to deliver within 7–10 days of your order and payment authorisation.
Packing and postage charges for delivery to destinations in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Community are listed on our website. Delivery to other destinations may incur an additional charge which will be notified to you prior to accepting your order.
Goods will be sent in plain weatherproof packaging with our return address written on a discrete label. Top of page.
Customs Duties
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be incurred on goods that are ordered for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Top of page.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within seven (7) working days of receipt. We will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding the postage and package charges) provided that the goods are returned unsoiled in their original packaging and with the original labels intact and attached.
To preserve your right to a refund or exchange, we suggest that knickers, briefs and thongs are only tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified in your order confirmation you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt by us. If the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified in your order confirmation, the return postage costs will be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card account used to pay for the goods, within 30 days after the returned goods are received by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
