Measurement

Please make sure you refer to the correct manufacturer’s chart when deciding what size of bra you need.

We recommend that, if possible, you have your measurements taken at the hospital by a specialist, particularly if you have had a mastectomy. If that is not possible, you may be able to ask a friend to help you and use the following guide.

To calculate your bra size, first take Measurements A and B and then refer to the correct manufacturer’s sizing guide (see menu above).

Taking Measurements A and B

Fitting measurements

Wear a soft bra (not a padded bra) and use a soft tape measure. Hold the tape measure firmly but do not let it cut in to the skin. To find your Anita bra size you will need to use a metric tape measure.

Measurement A is taken around your rib cage, just under your bust.
Measurement B is taken around the fullest part of your bust.
